All refunds will be made on the means of payment used to pay for your purchase no later than:
- 28 days after receiving your return to our premises, or
- (if earlier) 28 days after receipt of proof that you have made a return
If you have received an incorrect / defective item, please contact our Customer Service department who will be happy to assist you. Do not forget to give them your order number.
Ah, and do not forget to keep a proof of sending, we will need it in case your package gets lost. If the post office in which you are returning refuses to provide you with one, take a picture of your stamped package.
How can we choose the design ?
We cannot show the designs of the fabrics because we have to many different patterns and it changes every day. For woman colors, the patterns are feminine (flowery, rounded). For man colors, the patterns are smaller (triangular, square).
You can let us know what kind of design you want (for woman or man) on the payment page in the " specific request " case made on purpose.

What is the whole sale price ?
We do not have preferential price for large quantities.
We practice low prices all year long, which is why the price is fixed at 13 € per meter, whatever the quantity ordered in order to treat all our customers on an equal footing.
Depending on the country you want to be delivered, delivery conditions may be different.
What are your means of payment ?
On the website you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO) or PayPal.
In our shop, you can pay by cash or credit card as well.
How much is the shipping ?
The delivery charges depend on the quantity, the destination and the chosen carrier. The best is to do a simulation on the website. On the payment page, once you have entered all the information requested you will see the exact amount of the delivery.
Be careful, customs fees can be requested for countries out from the European Union (for example Africa, the United States, Canada). The amount of these fees depends on the laws in force in the country concerned, inquire near the customs service of your country.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
We are very fast when processing orders. You can make changes before paying for the order, but once you have made your order, we can not change or cancel it.
However, you can return any unwanted items to us subject to our return conditions.

In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe.
Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of payment, after the country and delivery option have been selected. For France, from 25 meters the delivery is free.

ACCOUNT How to create an account?
Do not hesitate, since an account with us allows you to place orders without having to fill in your contact information every time.
For this to be created, just start selecting your items and set up your account when you finalize your order. Once the order is validated, the account is created.
How do I reset my password?
