Where's my order?
An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with the necessary information to track its progress.

How do I return an item?
If you want to return an unwanted item to us, you have every right to do so, as long as it is within 28 days of purchase, and provided that ...
- Items have not been worn or washed
- The items have no traces of makeup...
All refunds will be made to the method of payment used to pay for your purchase and this at the latest:
- 28 days after receipt of your return at our premises, or
- (if earlier) 28 days after receipt of proof that you have made a return
If you have received an incorrect/defective item, please contact our Customer Service department who will be happy to assist you. Don't forget to give them your order number.
Ah, and don't forget to keep a proof of shipment, we'll need it in case your package gets lost. If the post office you are returning to refuses to provide you with one, take a photo of your stamped package.
How to choose its patterns?
We can't post them patterns because we have too many different ones and they change every day. For the feminine colours, they patterns are feminine (flowery, rounded). For the masculine colours, they patterns are smaller (triangular, square).
You can inform us as soon as patterns you wish simply by specifying it during your order in "special request" at the time of payment.

What are the wholesale prices?
We do not have preferential rates for large quantities.
We practice low prices all year round, that's why the price is fixed at 13€ per meter, regardless of the quantity ordered, in order to treat all our customers equally.
Depending on the country to which you wish to be delivered, the delivery conditions may be different.
What are your means of payment?
On the website internet you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO) or PayPal.
In the shop, you can pay by cash or credit card.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the quantity, the destination and the chosen carrier. The best is to make a simulation on the website. At the time of payment, once you have filled in all the information you will see the exact amount of the delivery.
Please note that customs duties may be charged for countries outside the European Union (e.g. Africa, USA, Canada). The amount of these fees depends on the laws in force in the country concerned, check with the customs service in your country.
Can I change my order?
We are very fast in processing orders. You can make changes before the order is paid for, but once the order has been placed, we can no longer change or cancel it.
However, you can return any unwanted item to us provided you comply with our returns policy.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver all over Europe.
Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of payment, after the country and delivery option has been chosen. For France, from 25 meters the delivery is free.

Account How do I create an account?
Don't hesitate, since an account with us allows you to place orders without having to fill in your details every time.
To create your account, simply start selecting your items and setting up your account when you finalize your order. Once the order is validated, the account is created.
How do I reset my password?
To change your password, simply follow the link "Forgot your password". An e-mail will be sent to you explaining how to change your password.
If the problems persist, please contact our Customer Service.
How do I change my account information?
You can change your information by logging in to your account. Just click on "Modify my information/Change my addresses". On this page, you can change your personal information, password and address.
Why can't I login to my account?
Make sure you enter the correct username and password to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
